Over the years we have used several painting contractors, most of them adequate, but never anything special or memorabe about any of them. Not long ago, the subject of exterior painting came up with two of our neighbors. Both had employed Emerald Forest and were extremely pleased with the end result. Based on their highly enthusiastic recommendations, we decided to give them a try. Like our neighbors, we could not be more happy with their work. They are perfectionists in every sense of the word. To give but one example, the south side had recieved extensive abuse from sun exposure, cracking, and a very amateurish effort by the previous painting contractor to indiscriminately smear silicon over the cracks, which was clearly visible after their paint was applied. I spoke to Bruce about my disappointment with the previous job, and he assured me he could take care of it. I honestly did not think anyone could correct it, but true to his word, Bruce expended an extensive amount of extra effort to fix the problem such that the south wall was no different than any other wall of the house. Now that, to me was impressive! In short, in every way, they deliver on what they promise, they communicate well, they are reliable, and are extremely attentive to special requests. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality work at competive prices.
